In 2018, he expanded his expertise by launching PRO Land | Snow, a commercial outdoor maintenance company serving large properties with lawn care, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, and more. Through PRO Land | Snow, Tim built a thriving operation grounded in reliability and excellence.
 

Yet, even with business success, one thing remained clear—his true passion was creating beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. That passion reignited the vision behind Paradise Patios.
